I have a good listening ear and can guide you to achieve the changes you need in your life. With 12 years experience in the fitness industry I pride myself with a high level of compassion, understanding and knowledge about the body holistically. I understand the importance of being content with your body size, happy with your fitness levels, and how this affects your wellbeing. I have, in the past, been unhappy with where I was mentally and physically, but with the right plan, I became a fitter, stronger, better me. This inspired me to gain knowledge to help others.

The Process

Firstly, we will meet up for your free consultation, online or face-to-face. This meeting usually lasts about an hour and it's a great opportunity to talk about your health and fitness goals. We will also discuss where and how often you are available to meet along with any other likes and dislikes with regards to fitness.

Secondly, we will meet up for your first training session. Online, at your house, workplace, in the grounds by my house are the most commonly used places but wherever you feel most comfortable. The session will be planned and tailored to your needs to achieve your goals. At the end of this session you'll have a plan for the week to take away, including what to do before you see me next.

Fittness Session Prices

  • First consultation- Free
  • Meeting once a week (1 hour) - £40 weekly -based on 5mile radius of NR4 6RX
  • Meeting twice a week (1 hour x2) - £75 weekly based on 5mile radius of NR4 6RX
  • Meeting 3x week (1 hour x3) - £105 weekly based on 5 mile radius NR4 6RX

If an online session is required I’m happy to accommodate and alter the prices accordingly (£30 for one online session).

About Me

I gained BSc Exercise physiology degree in 2003, my Advanced level 3 personal training diploma in 2011, and Ive been working in a Pilates Gym since then. I take courses regularly to keep my knowledge up to date, most recently becoming a NASM weight loss specialist.
